  Insurance company for Magnum Appliances in Pompano Beach. Claims Department offered a ridiculous settlement that does not cover costs of the damages due to Magnum's shoddy installation. Their surveyor Mark was on crack that day since he forgot to include damages to the kitchen floor and instead of sending an second surveyor to show an act of good faith, their Claims analyst Jayme Walder was equally unprofessional and chose not to do anything like its coming out of her wallet. More reviews will be left all over over the web about Jayme @ Claims and Marlon at Magnum. If I can post negative stars I would. I gave Jayme an ample amount of opportunities to fix this blunder by Mark - way more than I should have - but she is stubborn and has no customer service skills. I had left a message to Jayme's supervisor Ashlee Leepa too which was never returned. Incredible. Just as it is illegal to file a fraudulent claim, it is to be equally unethical for an insurance company to come clean to acknowledge full claim.
