  Epitome of garbage. Made me check my bag despite the fact that it fit in the sizer. Even more annoying when you see people on the plane with bags bigger than yours that weren't selected to try and fit them in the sizer. I've always carried that bag on AA planes. Flew AA in with the same bag, same items, same model plane and bag fit with a generous amount of space left over. On top of that super rude. Not what you expect from an airline that makes you pay to sit on row 18 and below. GARBAGE!!!

  Lies. They lie and lie and lie feeding you epic garbage to facilitate other concerns. First, your flight is delayed because a flight attendant just fell sick as we taxi for takeoff. We are forced back to the gate because due to the sick staff, a maintanance worker had to "come and verify controls" so now we are forced off the plane. The flight is moved to the opposite side of the airport, where once getting there and on the plane, we have to sit for another hour to fulfill the catering part of the flight (mind you it's an hour from Miami to New Orleans). I know none of this makes sense, for it didn't with us either, and this was my first, and last time ever trying American Airlines. American Delayedlines.
